To reduce the volume allergens in your home, consider changing up your current window coverings. Horizontal blinds are major allergen offenders and are known to collect allergens on the surface of the blinds. Instead, opt for window dressings made from synthetic materials like acrylic or nylon. Kitchens are breeding grounds for mold, which can torment would-be chefs who have mold A. Skip intense workouts during allergy season. When you are in an intense workout session, you are likely to breathe more deeply, and more quickly. That means you are probably going to inhale much more pollen than usual. Which means you have a greater chance of experiencing allergy symptoms.
